What to do if You’re Unable to Install Windows 10 Due to an Error 0x800704DD-0x90016
Log off from your current Windows account.
Log in with Windows Administrator account.
Try to upgrade to Windows 10 using the Media Creation tool and Windows 10 ISO.
If you don’t have Administrator account you can create one by following these steps:
Press Windows Key + R.
When the Run dialog opens, type cmd and press Enter.
When Command Prompt opens type the following line and press Enter to run it:
net user administrator /active:yes
If you want, you can set a password for administrator account by typing:
net user administrator *
After doing that you should get password prompt where you can enter your desired password
